PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This equipment adopts a precision roller system design, with a compact structure and easy operation. It is specially developed for colleges, research institutions, and small R&D laboratories. The core function of the equipment is to achieve uniform coating of various substrates through roller coating technology at room temperature or controllable temperature environment. The materials that can be processed include:

1. High precision coating performance
·Roller system optimization design: using a combination of chrome plated steel rollers or silicon rubber rollers, the coating thickness can be controlled within a range of 5-200 μ m, with a uniformity error of ≤± 2%, and supports the preparation of nanoscale ultra-thin coatings.
·Multi mode coating: support forward coating, reverse coating, comma roll coating and other modes, and adapt to different viscosity materials such as solution, slurry, lotion (viscosity range 1-10000cP).
2. Intelligent process control
·Full process automation: equipped with PLC control system, supports custom coating parameters (such as roller speed, coating gap, slurry supply rate, etc.), can preset more than 15 sets of process programs, and automatically completes the substrate conveying, coating, drying (optional) and other processes after one click start.
·Precise temperature control system: The coating roller can be equipped with a heating/cooling module (temperature range: room temperature -150 ℃, accuracy ± 1 ℃), suitable for coating temperature sensitive materials (such as hot melt adhesive and thermosetting resin).

·Wide width substrate compatibility: Standard coating width of 300mm, optional 500mm wide width machine, supporting roll (roll diameter ≤ 300mm) or sheet (* * size 500mm × 500mm) coating.

·Maintenance convenience: The roller system adopts a quick detachable structure, and cleaning and replacing the rollers can be completed within 15 minutes. Combined with an automatic cleaning module (optional), it further improves efficiency.
