1. Product Introduction :

   CVD chemical vapor deposition tube furnace mainly provides high-temperature heat treatment environment for laboratories of universities, research institutes, factories and enterprises and other industries. It can be applied to new materials fields such as metal materials, graphite materials, lithium battery materials, and crystal materials.

1.  The furnace is made of high-purity alumina ceramic fiber material with a new assembly structure, which is durable and does not deform at high temperatures .

2. The furnace tube is made of quartz tube or corundum tube, and the stainless steel flange is simple, reasonable and easy to disassemble, making it convenient for the sintering samples to be taken in and out ;

3. The heating speed is fast, and it usually takes 15-30 minutes to rise from room temperature to 1000 degrees Celsius ;

4. Use imported temperature control instrument, with high temperature control precision, small temperature surge, temperature compensation and temperature correction function, with an accuracy of ±1℃ ;

5. The temperature control instrument has a program function, which can set the temperature rise curve and can program 30 program segments ;

10. The gas system can be equipped with one or three gas mass flow meters. The gas mixing system can also be equipped with a single inlet and a single outlet. The gas input is digitally and precisely controlled. The flow switch and flow time can be automatically controlled through the touch screen. The accuracy is ±1% FS and the response time is ≤4 sec .

11. The vacuum system uses a rotary vane vacuum pump or vacuum unit. The vacuum degree is measured by a digital compound vacuum gauge or a Pirani vacuum gauge. The measuring instrument is integrated on the temperature control panel for easy operation .
